Send your URL and get a crawler report with a confidence tag on every observation. No call required. This checks your website; the paid assessment also looks at your business processes.
A few things you might be wondering.
Is this going to replace someone on my team?
That's not what we sell and it's not usually what happens. The work we automate is the work nobody had time for in the first place: the call that went unreturned, the quote nobody chased. If you want a headcount-reduction project, we're the wrong shop and we'll say so on the first call.
Whose Claude account is it, and who pays for it?
Yours, and you do. You sign up directly with Anthropic in your own name with your own card. We'll tell you which plan fits and sit on the call while you do it, but we never create an account or enter payment details for you. We are not a reseller and we are not affiliated with Anthropic. We sell the tools and the work that make it useful. Their prices are theirs to change, so we quote what those cost today rather than what they'll cost forever.
I run a dental or medical practice. What about patient information?
It never goes into this. The plans we'd put you on aren't covered by a HIPAA agreement, so we scope your toolkit to the non-patient side of the business: inventory, cash flow, supplier ordering, review requests, staff scheduling, quotes and invoices. We'd rather tell you that now than after you've paid.
Do you need my logins?
Not for the assessment. That's your public site plus a conversation. A build needs access to the specific systems in scope, and we ask for it at scoping, not before. We don't touch payments, payroll or medical records at all — that's not a tier we sell, it's work we decline, and we'll say so plainly rather than scoping around it.
What happens if I stop working with you?
Everything runs on your accounts and belongs to you. No part of what we build lives somewhere only we can reach, and the recorded handover exists specifically so your team can run it without us. Care is a convenience, not a hostage arrangement.
What's your refund policy?
All sales are final on the assessment. It's hours of real work done specifically on your business, and it's delivered before you'd know whether you liked it. If a finding was wrong, or the report didn't match what's described here, email us and we make it right. On a sprint: if it's not live in two weeks, we don't invoice the balance until it is.
Am I signing up for a retainer?
No. Care is offered at handover, after the thing is built and working, and it's never a condition of anything. Plenty of clients should take the build and not the retainer.
